WARRANTY SERVICE
All warranty claims are to be made through an authorized Ferretti dealer. Ferretti's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing at Ferretti's option any part or parts of the product found to be defective in material or workmanship.
Ferretti in its sole discretion will determine the cause and nature of any defect, the necessity and manner of repair or replacement, and all other matters pertaining to the condition of the furniture. If it should become necessary to return the product to the factory for repairs, the cost of packaging, brokerage and shipping to and from the factory are not covered by this warranty. Evidence of original ownership such as sales invoice or other document of purchase will be required.
