CONDITIONS
This warranty does not include coverage for wrinkling, or natural marking from injuries to the skin, variations in grain, or color variations e.g. scars, wrinkles, veining and insect bites. These are the proof that only real cowhide leather has been used. Claims due to burns, cuts, or pet damage are excluded from this warranty. Doing the following will void this warranty: improper cleaning, abuse, negligence, treating the leather with chemical products, as well as exposing the leather to the sun or extreme heat. The warranty does not cover spills such as acids, solvents, dyes, ink, paint, body fluids or other corrosive chemicals. Also, the warranties for the frame, cushioning, spring mechanism or workmanship do not cover improper use, or damage from Acts of God. Warranty is extended only for the original purchaser of the furniture. This warranty shall extend only to furniture used in the purchaser’s home. Corporation or contract purchasers, or any use of the furniture for the general public is not covered by this warranty.
