1. FRAME CONSTRUCTION
Ferretti warrants its frame against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product under normal use.
2. SPRING CONSTRUCTION
Ferretti warrants that the spring construction in this product is free from defective material and workmanship for the life of the product under normal use.
3. CUSHION CONSTRUCTION
Ferretti warrants all cushion against loss of foam resiliency for two years. We advise the purchaser that softening of the cushion, which is the result of normal use, should not be confused with loss of resiliency due to defects in construction or materials.
4. MOTION MECHANISMS / SLEEPER MECHANISMS
Ferretti sleeper and motion mechanisms (where applicable), are guaranteed against defective material or workmanship for the life of the product under normal use. After the second year from date of purchase, the mechanism warranty covers replacement parts only and does not cover labour costs.
5. GENUINE TOP GRAIN LEATHER
Ferretti warrants the leather against tearing and splitting for (3) years from the date of purchase under normal household usage. We reserve the right to substitute materials of equal quality if the identical material is unavailable at the time of repair. This warranty does not include coverage for color fastness.
